The Tour must be booked at least 24 hours before or as listed in the day excursion and paid in full.
We cannot guarantee service for tours not pre-booked or not paid in full.

We have a policy of fostering innovation and improvement so tours may change.
All participants are expected to strictly adhere to safety rules and regulations as instructed by their guide/tour leader.
Smoking may be prohibited on certain tours.
Cancellation fees of 50% of the tour cost apply for tours cancelled before 18 hours.
Any tour cancelled under less than 18 hours will incur 100% fee. Hours will be counted from 6.00am on the tour start day.
Lunch / Dinners are not included unless stated. Clients are welcome to bring a picnic meal if they wish.
Eco Team is not responsible for any property loss during the tour.
There are no refunds for prevailing weather conditions on the day of tour.
We are not responsible for return times as circumstances beyond our control sometimes cannot be avoided.
Clients are responsible to book the excursions according to your departure schedules. Eco Team does not hold any responsibility for any losses due to any flight rescheduling/ early departures.
Eco Team Reserves the right to refuse any persons or booking.

Valuables such as jewellery, wallets should be left with your baggage especially during water based activities.
Return transfers to starting point and back are to be arranged by self or by contacting your hotel travel desk. Alternatively, we can provide this service at an additional fee.
All tours are conducted on request and can be arranged on any day, (unless otherwise specified) for a minimum group of 2.
Fishing programs are strictly based on a “catch and release” policy.
